Westcountry Housing is also a member of Westward Housing Group, and with Tarka Housing, the Group provides and manages more than 6,000 homes in Devon and Cornwall.

Tarka Housing is a new organisation, established in partnership with Torridge District Council, to take on the ownership and management of the housing service following a successful vote by Torridge residents in 2007.
