Outstanding affordable housing and services
Westcountry Housing provides good quality affordable homes to people throughout Devon and Cornwall. We are a truly local organisation and deal in a hands-on way with housing issues providing more than 4,500 homes in the region. We offer a variety of homes including affordable rented, affordable home ownership, older people's and supported housing; as well as advice and support services. Sustainability lies at the core of everything we do. Short-term solutions may provide temporary help, but effective long-term strategies are essential for future growth and prosperity.
Westcountry Housing, with Tarka Housing, is a member of Westward Housing Group.
The Group provides more than 6,500 homes in the region and also jointly manages the HomeBuy agency, South West Homes, with Sovereign Housing Group. We also promote and manage some outstanding social enterprise projects.
