This is an exciting new venture for Westward; we are working on a new housing scheme called Follaton Oak in Totnes with Millwood Homes.
We have some way to go, but hope to be selling our first houses in 2012.
Westcountry has been building homes for rent and shared ownership for many years and now uses its extensive expertise to build homes for sale on the open market.
As well as building much needed homes for people to buy, the profit it generates from selling homes will be used to support the building of affordable housing for rent and shared ownership.
