Westcountry Housing's Homes to Rent
Westcountry advertises all of its homes for rent through either Devon or Cornwall choice based lettings schemes, depending on the location of the property. We do not have our own waiting list.
We let the properties to successful bidders who are registered on these schemes. This includes existing tenants seeking a transfer, as well as people wanting a Westcountry tenancy for the first time.
All lettings are made in accordance with the Devon Home Choice or Cornwall Homechoice policies and Westcountry's Allocation Policy.
