Low Demand and Difficult to Let Property
Westcountry has very few properties that would be classified as in low demand or difficult to let.
Where this does occasionally happen, we look at the solution on an individual property basis and decide what action to take.
This can include advertising the property:
If a property requires re-decoration, as a general rule Westcountry would offer a decorating voucher. However, in order to attract a tenant we may fully re-decorate the property or do minor works to make the property more appealing.
