Karen’s role is to help anyone who may need assistance to find or settle into a home that is what you and your family need and that you are supported with any wider problems that you may have, so that you can continue to feel secure and happy in your home.
She can offer you support or advice before, during or after your move on a wide rage of issues, including:
· Welfare Benefits, Housing Benefit, Grants and Budget Loans
· Setting up rent and utility payments
· Debt problems
· Settling into a new area
· Registering Devon Home Choice or Cornwall HomeChoice
· Registering with Homeswapper
