The Older People's Support Service
We aim to provide a support service that enables you to live independently.
The advice we offer is tailored to your individual needs and our staff will work with you to enhance the quality of your life.
We can assist you to achieve the following:
· Managing your finances, bill payments, benefit claims and other paperwork.
· Finding out about and dealing with other services and agencies
· Being independent but not isolated
· Look after your own health needs and well being – and more.
If you are on a low income, or in receipt of certain benefits, you may be entitled to full or partial funding for this service.
A range of services are offered across Cornwall, Teignbridge, Plymouth, Torbay and Mid Devon.

Our older people housing schemes range in size from 8 flats in rural Mid Devon, to our largest site of 92 flats in Torbay.
We offer:• Accommodation for people of 55+, or who have a disability• A safe, secure and affordable home• Your own front door, together with your own tenancy agreement• The freedom to enter and leave your home as you wish• To be independent, but not alone• The opportunity to be part of a community, where you can join in with social events if you wish• A home where visitors are welcome and guest rooms are available locally• Peace of mind by providing: o An easily maintained home o No repair worries – the majority of internal repairs to fixtures and fittings, and all external repairs, are carried out by experienced contractors at no extra cost to you
