All the amenities of Torquay town centre are either within walking distance or easily reached by the regular local bus service.
The grounds are well maintained and there is a car park for the residents and their guests.
The scheme has a communal lounge with a kitchen, library, guest room and a lift to all floors. The residents can enjoy time in the garden and organise events both on and off site.
There is a part-time Support Advisor who usually visits twice a week and actively works with residents to enable good quality independent living.
