Prince Street resides at the heart of Newton Abbot, known by locals as the gateway to the moors and the sea.

Built over four blocks, the accommodation consists of 66 flats, most with lift access, arranged in generous communal grounds.

Prince Street has a number of facilities including a laundry room, guest room, computer club, well used communal lounge with patio access and large adjacent kitchen.

There are frequent opportunities to join in the social events held at the scheme, which involve residents and the local community.

Prince Street from garden Support Advisors are usually on site five days a week and actively work with residents to enable good quality independent living.
