During Summer 2010, a range of events were held across Devon and Cornwall with customers.
We listened to what your priorities were and used them to develop a range of local standards – often referred to nationally as
Local Offers.
On 9th October 2010 we held a ‘Big Consultation Day’ at River Dart Country Park.
The proposed standards were outlined and we explained the consultation behind them.
Customers who were at this event and at other supported housing focus groups voted to accept the standards published in this leaflet.
