Visit us at the office 9am - 5pm from Mon - Fri.
Text 07990 536536 including the word 'repair', your name, address and just a few words as to what the problem is.
Report it to your neighbourhood officer if you see them on site.
Report it to your older people's advisor in sheltered accomodation.
