Westcountry's Annual Report to Residents
Our Annual Report is published in October each year. Over the summer we work with a group of residents to agree on the content and the design of the report. Those residents also make sure that the information that goes into the report is accurate, relevant and interesting to residents.
The Annual Report Working Party is made up of Resident Auditors, Resident Scrutiny Panel members and the resident Communications Groups from both Tarka Housing and Westcountry Housing. The working party also includes the Communications Manager, staff from the Resident Involvement Team and some Senior Managers.
The residents on the working party interview each department manager to find out how well each area is performing and what needs to be improved. You can see the questions that Managers are being asked here.
After all the evidence is collected the text goes to the Residents Communications Group for them to decide on the design and style of the report.
