Any resident can be a Mystery Shopper. It only takes a few minutes to complete a mystery shop to let us know what our service was like. If you're interested in monitoring how well we are delivering services in a bit more detail then why not consider joining one of our Monitoring Groups.

For those with lots of time to give or if you want to build up your skills to help with job seeking then our Resident Auditors or Scrutiny Panel may be just what you're looking for. Or if you want to know everything thats going on and are keen to make sure that all our residents can find out then why not join the Communications Group?

If you're aged between 13 and 18 years and live in a Westcountry property then why not think about joining the Youth Voice to get your voice heard and get access to exciting activities? If you're not old enough for the Youth Forum yet don't worry! You can join the WHACKY club for kids and get involved with lots of play activities during school holidays or if your more intereseted in getting involved with where you live why not find out more about the Youth Wardens scheme.
