Mystery Shopping Team
Our team of Mystery Shoppers investigate particular areas of our service four times a year. As a Mystery Shopper you'll be sent a pack with details of the situation we'd like you to test out, it will include a background cover stoary and suggested answers to some questions you may be asked. At the end of the mystery shop yu'll have a simple report form to fill in explaining what happened and what the quality of the service was like.
For each Mystery Shop you complete you'll recieve £25 in shop vouchers of your choice.
