We want every resident to feel that they can comment on and help us improve our services.
To make sure that every resident is able to participate and contibute to their full potential we offer expenses to ensure residents are not out of pocket and a range of training opportunties.
Resident Expenses Policy
Westcountry benefits greatly from any time and commitment given by residents. We are committed to ensuring that any costs that you incur because of your involvement are reimbursed. We aim to ensure that residents are reimbursed as soon as possible after they have made a claim, usually on the same day.
Current Training Opportunities
Training will be offered alongside every opportunity to be involved, so don’t be put off if you feel don’t have many of the skills required at the moment – enthusiasm and a willingness to learn is all that matters. This could be an opportunity for you to gain new skills.
We will be running a taster day for all our current Resident Involvement Opportunities in April 2010. This will be a chance to learn about all the different opportunities open to residents, have a go at what is involved and talk one to one with the Resident Involvement Team to find the opportunity that best suits you and the time you can give.
