We know our residents are the best people to tell us how our services need to be improved. We aim to offer a wide range of opportunties for residents to be able to tell us what they think. We know its important that residents see a difference when they give us their views. During August the Resident Involvement Team took Face2Face @ Your Place on tour to some of the estates that are furthest from our offices to find out what improvements in our service residents want us to prioritise. |
