Each property has a designated Housing Advisor responsible for a range of management duties, which include:
- home visits
- neighbourhood and estate consultations about service charges and services
- help and advice regarding leases, management agreements and legal issues
- service charge accounting and rent reviews
- consultation regarding major works and long term contracts
- involving and consulting residents around services
- property re-sales, staircasing and re-mortgaging.
