We provide good quality affordable homes to people throughout Devon and Cornwall.   We are a truly local organisation (established in 1965) and deal in a hands-on way with local housing issues providing more than 4,000 homes in the region. We offer a variety of housing including affordable rented accommodation, shared ownership properties, sheltered and supported housing; as well as advice and support services. Sustainability lies at the core of everything we do. Short-term solutions may provide temporary help, but effective long-term strategies are essential for future growth and prosperity.
