Real Time Mystery Shopper Team
Any resident can be a Real Time Mystery Shopper! All we ask is that you complete a short questionnaire about the quality of the service we provide to you every time you ring our offices, meet a member of staff or write to us. When you register as a Real Time Mystery Shopper you will be given a unique ID number so that anything you say cannot be traced back to you. Twice a year we analyse the information that all the Real Time Mystery Shoppers have provided and use this to identify areas for improvement. You will receive a RTMS newsletter twice a year telling you how you have made a difference to our services.

Auditors Working With Westward
The Resident Auditor Team began work in December 2007 and are proving a huge success. The Team is made up of residents from both Westcountry and Tarka. They are highly trained and supported to undertake research and to inspect all our services at the highest level and to make recommendations about how we can improve.
They meet for a minimum of one full day each month and are also willing to carry out work between meetings. You will need to be committed and prepared to work hard but the rewards are great. Team days are full of fun and much laughter and you will have the chance to look in detail at the work that both Westcountry and Tarka Housing do. The team is viewed as a respected and professional team whose recommendations are highly valued by Westcountry.
