Once you have read this leaflet, you may require the the Complaints form , or perhaps even the Compliments form, to explain your comments and issues to us.  

If you would prefer to receive a form by post you can call 01803 200300 and request a copy to be sent to you. 

Or you can let us know your comments whilst on the phone and they will be logged.

We take pride in providing high quality services to our customers. You can read our Customer service standards by clicking here. If we fail to meet key service standards, we may make discretionary payments in compensation.
