The Group is a charity providing a wide range of housing for families, single people, the elderly and those with additional support needs.
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated woman who has experience as a practitioner of working with women, and their children, who have experienced domestic abuse.
This is an exciting time to join a team of dedicated women who will develop this re-modeled and newly commissioned and expanded service working in partnership with practitioners and stakeholders across a range of related services.
Your role will involve working directly with the women and children within the scheme and supporting them towards safe, independent living, and developing and maintaining good working relationship with partner agencies.
An understanding of housing related support, working with domestic abuse and lone working, is essential. An ability to assess and manage risk appropriately is of critical importance.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within the field of domestic abuse, in a Supported Housing environment.
