What is TPSL?
Torbay Private Sector Leasing (TPSL) allows private landlords to lease their property to Torbay Council and receive a no hassle, agreed rental each month.
The properties are let to homeless families and managed on behalf of Torbay Council by our dedicated TPSL team. This team manage the properties, the tenancies and liase with landlords when appropriate.
This scheme, which started in 2003, now leases 130 family homes across Torbay.

- A guaranteed monthly rent paid, by BACS in advance
- No rent loss for empty periods
- No management fees or VAT deductions
- Flexible yearly lease terms from 1 - 5 years
