How do I apply for the Right to Buy?

Contact the Home Ownership Services department and ask for the 'Right to Buy' claim form (Form RTB1). After completing this form return it to the Torquay office. The information provided will be used by Home Ownership Services to decide:

* Whether you have the Right to Buy.

* How much discount you will receive.
