Home2own is the south west agent of the Government HomeBuy scheme which helps people who wish to buy a property, but cannot afford to buy it outright.
Most of the people we help are first time buyers.
In the South West priority is given to:
- Existing tenants of councils or housing associations
- Key public sector workers
- Other first time buyers
Home2own is a service provided by Westcountry Housing for Devon, Cornwall, West Somerset, Sedgemoor and Taunton Deane in Somerset.
