Westcountry has six older people's housing schemes, often referred to as ‘sheltered housing’. They are intended for people around 60 years old and over although there are exceptions if people need sheltered housing for medical reasons.

Our management services take much of the stress out of home ownership and cover tasks such as maintaining, repairing and improving the shared areas of buildings and grounds.

All our retirement housing schemes have scheme managers who live on site and provide the highest quality management service at a realistic cost to owners.
