How do I apply for shared ownership?

Folowing recent changes made by the government and the introduction of new Homebuy initiatives, all low cost home ownership schemes are now administered by Home2own for the following local authority areas:

• All of Devon and Cornwall
• The following district council areas in Somerset: Taunton Deane, Sedgemoor, West Somerset.
