What is Flexible Tenure?

This is the name given to the process where we assist shared owners in severe financial difficulties by repurchasing shares from the shared owner by degrees, or convert fully to become an assured tenant.   This process is limited to certain circumstances where a shared owner is, or is about to get into mortgage arrears and potentially lose their home.

The Housing Corporation issues regulations and criteria for this scheme with which we must comply.
