We do not maintain a waiting list for our rented properties but work in partnership across the 15 local authority areas in the allocation of our properties. The partnerships are with both local authorities and other registered social landlords and include a mixture of nomination agreements, common registers and choice based letting schemes through which applicants are put forward for the properties. Whilst we are a partner we reserve the right to ensure all allocations are made in line with our lettings policy.We are also committed to work towards the introduction of greater choice through choice based letting schemes.
