We currently have 443 rented homes and 57 rented properties at two older peoples' schemes. In addition we have 87 shared ownership properties and provide management services to 6 additional properties 4 other leasehold properties purchased through the right to buy scheme. We also manage 95 accommodation based supported housing units.
