This is our Arthington sheltered scheme in Torquay.
There are 31 units of rented accommodation at Arthington made up of one and two bedroom flats. The scheme has a number of facilities including a communal lounge, guest room and many day to day activities such as bingo and coffee mornings take place.
There is an onsite Scheme Manager.
