It is your responsibility to make sure your rent is paid in full and on time, because we need this money to provide services to residents.

Having trouble paying your rent? We are here to help and advise. If you are having difficulties paying your rent or service charges, please do not delay in contacting our Income Services team to discuss your account.

- Your weekly equivalent rent/charges (against the monthly rent/charges)
- If your Housing Benefit award covers the rent due
- Any shortfall between your rent and your Housing Benefit award.
Housing Benefit is awarded in weekly amounts, and for most of residents, the rent is charged monthly.
