Resident Involvement
Resident Involvement is central to Westcountry’s culture. We believe residents have the right to work in partnership with Westcountry at all levels, to improve services provided to them, to help us understand and meet the needs of communities, and to achieve value for money.
Westcountry's core values for involvement are outlined in our Resident Involvement Policy.
We aim to ensure that resident have the opportunities to be involved in all service areas and at every level of decision making. You can read how we plan to achieve this in our Resident Involvement Strategy.
If you would like more information on getting involved please click here, to find out how we support residents to be involved through training or reimbursement of costs such as travel click here, or if you would like to meet the team click here.
