There are 10 residents on the Scrutiny Panel. 5 are Westcountry residents and 5 are Tarka Housing residents. They were recruited over the summer on 2010. The pilot Scrutiny Panel will run for 2 years during which time the project will be assessed for the impact it is having on the business and services for residents and for effective value for money.
The Westcountry Scrutineers are;
Virginia Williams, a rented tenant from Torquay
Brian Butler, a rented tenant from Brixham
Janice Young, a shared owner from Dawlish
Claire Powell, a shared owner from Torquay
Cathy Runham-Beard, a rented tenant from Torquay
