The Customer and Community Involvement Team
The Customer and Community InvolvementTeam are often called the Resident Involvement Team but we are far more than that!
The team has a Manager, two full time Resident Involvement Workers, A full time Play Co-ordinator and a part time Resident Involvement Assistant.
The team works with staff from all the other departments within Westcountry to help them to involve residents in improving the services provided. We also work closely with our Neighbourhoods Co-ordinators on events and activities within the wider communities that residents live in to promote community spirit and make them places residents can be proud to live in.

Sarah manages the team and also works closely with the Resident Auditor Team and Resident Scrutiny Panel

Resident Involvement Worker (Communities)
Terry Leech
Terry works with communities throughout our area to support residents to improve their community. She also supports our Community Champion.
Play Co-ordinator
Kayley Harding
Kayley organises and runs the play and youth activities and supports parents who run youth warden schemes in their communities.
Resident Involvement Assistant
Eileen Northam
Eileen works within the team and other staff to help and facilitate the promotion and implementation of a wide range of resident involvement opportunities.
