The Customer and Community Involvement Team
The Customer and Community InvolvementTeam are often called the Resident Involvement Team but we are far more than that!
The team has a Manager, a full time Resident Involvement Worker, A full time Community Co-ordinator and a part time Administrator. We also currently have a vacancy for a part time Resident Involvement Worker.
The team works with staff from all the other departments within Westcountry to help them to involve residents in improving the services provided. We also work closely with our Neighbourhoods Co-ordinators on events and activities within the wider communities that residents live in to promote community spirit and make them nice places to live.

Customer and Community Involvement Manager - Sarah Cracknell
Sarah manages the team and also works closely with the Resident Auditor Team
Resident Involvement Worker - Wayne Frost
Wayne works closely with our Neighbourhoods Teams. He also runs the Time2Talk team and Centipede, facilitates the Youth Forum and organised play activities for young people.
Communities Co-ordinator - Terry Leech
Terry works with communities throughout our area to support residents to improve their community. She supports out Community Champion and manages the Community Voices Team.
Team Administrator - Eileen Northam
Eileen holds the whole team together! She manages all the list and databases and organises many of the events we hold.
