Estate Inspections
In order to maintain our high standards of estate management, our housing officers carry out monthly inspections of all our developments where we have ten properties or more.
When carrying out inspections, we check on such things as the cleanliness of the estate, standards of caretaking and grounds maintenance, vandalism and condition of gardens.
You are welcome to meet your housing officer at an inspection to discuss any concerns about the estate, or if you have any housing issues which you wish to discuss.
