Repairs

Shared Owners are responsible for all the repairs within their homes. We can assist by providing a list of suitable tradesmen who may be willing to carry out work for you.

‘Right to Buy’ Leasehold owners.

House owners are responsible for all the repairs within the home. However if you live in a flat, your lease may identify certain repairs and major works for which we are responsible for carrying out on your behalf. We are responsible for arranging repairs to communal parts of all buildings. To report a repair please contact Property Services at either the Torquay or Plymouth offices.

Retirement Leasehold and Freehold owners.

Owners are responsible for most repairs within their own home. Repairs for which we are responsible for carrying out on your behalf can be reported, in the first instance, to your scheme manager or to Property Services at either the Torquay or Plymouth offices.
