Property Management

Each property has a designated Housing Advisor responsible for a range of management duties, which include:

* Liaison with estate service contractors. eg. gardeners and cleaners

* Estate Inspections and home visits

* Dealing with nuisance and anti-social behavior

* Help and advise regarding leases, management agreements and legal issues.

* Service charge accounting and rent reviews

* Consultation regarding major works and long term contracts

* Promotion of resident involvement and consultation

* Property re-sales, staircasing and re-mortgaging
