Money Matters

Why Money Matters

It is YOUR responsibility to make sure your rent is paid in full and on time because we need this money to provide services to residents.

We offer lots of different easy ways to pay to help you avoid getting behind with your rent.

In order to keep you informed of the status of your rent account, we issue a rent statement to all residents twice a year. However, if you would like to order a rent statement now please click here  to complete the online form.  Your rent statement will be sent to you in the post within 2 working days. Alternatively you can contact the Income Services Team. (see below).

We are here to help and advise. If you are having difficulties paying your rent or service charges, please do not delay in contacting our Income Services Team to discuss your account. The team will also be happy to give advice on claiming Housing Benefit.

We also have our own welfare rights worker, who can give expert advice on a wide range of welfare benefits: click here for further details.
