Rent Calculator

You can use our Rent Calculator to help calculate;

  • Your weekly equivalent rent/charges (against the monthly rent/charges)
  • If your Housing Benefit award covers the rent due
  • Any shortfall between your rent and your Housing Benefit award.

Housing Benefit is awarded in weekly amounts, and for most of residents, the rent is charged monthly.
