You can tell us about NON-EMERGENCY and routine repairs in any of the following ways:
During office hours:
- Please call our Asset Management department on: 0845 073 1083. If you do not have a standard BT line or cannot use low cost numbers for any other reason, please call our switchboard on 01803 200300 instead.
- Send us a text message to 07990 536536 (preferably including the word 'repair', your name, address and a really brief clue as to what the problem is)
- Log a repair online using this link. This system called 'Housecall' enables you to use pictures to help identify the particular problem that needs repairing at your home. You will also be asked for contact and access details. We will be in touch within 4 working hours to follow-up your request
- You can also report a repair to your housing officer - they do estate inspections every month, and you may see them at other times too
- If you live in sheltered accomodation, you can report your repair to your scheme manager
