You can also tell us about NON-EMERGENCY and routine repairs in any of the following ways:
Send us a text message to 07990 536536 (preferably including the word 'repair', your name, address and a really brief clue as to what the problem is)
- Log a repair online using 'Housecall' which enables you to select from pictures to identify the particular problem that needs repairing. You will also be asked for contact and access details. We will be in touch within 4 working hours to follow-up your request
- You can report a repair to your neighbourhood officer - they do routine estate walkabouts, and you may see them at other times too
- If you live in sheltered accomodation, you can report your repair to your older people's advisor
